The service
VIYLSA captures 360° photography of your venue, builds an interactive virtual tour with an optional AI guide, and hosts it on your behalf. The exact scope — spaces covered, number of scenes and hotspots, delivery time and revisions — is agreed in a written quote before any shoot takes place. The quoted price is fixed once both sides confirm it.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to have the venue photographed and published online.
- Materials you provide for the AI guide (floor plans, FAQs, pricing, brochures) must be accurate — the guide answers from what you approve.
Ownership & hosting
- The photography we capture for your tour is yours after full payment.
- Hosting and maintenance are included for the period stated in your package; after that, hosting renews on terms agreed up front. Your tour stays live through any renewal discussion.
The AI guide
The AI guide answers only from venue-approved materials and is provided as-is. It is a visitor-assistance tool, not a substitute for your official information — where its answer and your official documents differ, your documents prevail.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIYLSA's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
